Privacy

MoodRadius has no accounts and never asks for your name, email address, or phone number.

• Your plan choices. The moods and genres you pick (and their order), walking limit, days, hours, headliners, and any backups you swap in, and the plan built from them. They are kept on your own device so your plan is still there when you come back.
• Links you create. A share link or calendar link contains your plan choices. Anyone who has a share link can see that plan. It has no name or email in it.
• Settings on your device. Display settings (high contrast, large text) and, if you opt out, a cookie named mr_optout.
• Usage data and server logs. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs and provides Vercel Analytics, which show which pages and features are used, your approximate location, and your IP address. Because share and calendar links contain plan choices, those logs can include them. If Google Analytics is turned on, it also sets cookies and measures usage; it is set to anonymize IP addresses and to not use advertising features, and it is turned off in a browser that has opted out (see below).

These service providers work for us to run MoodRadius. Giving them data for that purpose is not selling or sharing.

• Vercel hosts the site and provides Vercel Analytics.
• Google provides Google Analytics, if turned on.

“Sell” means giving personal information to another company for money or something else of value. “Share” means giving it to another company so it can show you ads based on your activity across other sites.

• Up to now: in the 12 months before September 29, 2026, we have not sold or shared personal information.
• From September 29, 2026 on: we may sell or share personal information we collect on or after that date. That could include identifiers from your browser or device (such as an analytics ID and IP address), your approximate location, and your activity and preferences (pages viewed, features used, moods and genres you pick, walking limit, days). We would give it to advertising and marketing partners, sponsors, and data partners.
• Information you already gave us: anything collected before September 29, 2026 was collected while our policy said we do not sell your data. We will not sell or share that information without asking you first.
• We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know is under 16.
• Your choice: you can opt out at any time at Your Privacy Choices, with a switch for this browser. We also treat the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out. An opt-out applies from the moment you make it.

• Opt out of sale and sharing at Your Privacy Choices.
• Clear your browser's site data to remove the plan and settings kept on your device.
• Depending on where you live, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and to know who we have given it to. To ask, email howdy@moodradius.com. Because we don't collect names or email addresses, we can usually only find information tied to a browser or link you can show us. Someone acting for you can ask on your behalf if you tell us in writing.
• We won't treat you differently for using any of these rights.
• If we turn down a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. If you're still not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.

Shared plan links (/s/...) are readable by anyone who has the link. A link contains your plan choices (moods, genres, walking limit, days, swaps) but no name or email. Share them accordingly.

MoodRadius is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this page, we will update the date above. If we ever change how we treat information you have already given us in a way that matters to you, we will tell you and ask first. See also our Terms.
